She was there for almost an hour and no one came in to greet us, no visible nurse or aide no time we were there. Someone was yelling for a nurse from they're room for help, no one came! The workers just look at you, they don't speak or make you feel at home.. These people should stop opening up facilities for the elderly if you're not going to treat them as human beings and look after them. Very nice facility and staff seems to truly care about the community.

Just left the hospital where family member was taken because he had a body temp of 76, low heart rate and malnourished after being in this facility for 2 months. Facility did not notify me he had been taken to hospital. They had no issue calling or emailing about financial issues but failed to call regarding him being taken to hospital. They are only interested in money and not the care of the patients.
